  12. as needed Garlic Olive Oil
  13. 1/2 Cube Salted Butter
  14. 1 Cup White Wine
  15. 1 tsp Mexican Oregano [crushed]
  16. 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  17. to taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  18. to taste Sea Salt
