Instructions to make to make Chicken & Vegetables Stir Fry

  1. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for at least 20 minutes or up to 3 hours.
  2. Heat a large pan/wok over a medium heat. Add the coconut oil.
  3. Add the onions and saute for about 10 minutes.
  4. Next, place the carrots into the pan. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the pan.
  6. Place the chicken in the pan. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Put the vegetables back into the pan and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
